My personal opinion is don’t ever go for TATA Broad band internet connection, I have been using for months and I would say that it has severe problems.

In my premises I have TATA broad band wire line connection, the connection was through the router, then LAN cable to my Laptop. Recently my laptop was completely burnt due to reverse high voltage passed from the main server of TATA broad band to my router, at that time LAN cable was connected to my Laptop and whole mother board got burnt. As TATA broad band Field engineers said this happened due to reverse voltage from the main server but none of them are taking responsible for this damage.

I registered several complaints in head office, call center and to their nodal officer and they never gave any response, the worst thing about this service is frequent disruptions. When we register a complaint we get response after 72 hrs and they never give credit days to our account when there are any disruptions.
